Our purpose

Samruddhi Wellness Foundation (R.) is a compassionate initiative based in Shivamogga, Karnataka, dedicated to mental health awareness, psychosocial rehabilitation and holistic wellness.

Founded by Naveen G Naik and co-founded by Ramesh Madakari, the foundation's stated mission is to provide a safe, confidential and supportive space for individuals facing mental health challenges, emotional distress and rehabilitation needs related to alcohol or multiple-addiction behaviour.

The foundation's guiding belief is simple: every mind deserves healing, every life deserves a second chance, and every individual deserves dignity and care.
